At CWO we offer a wide variety of facilities, all of which are included in the rent.
Sport
At CWO you can find tennis-, basketball-, football- and beach volley-fields which are all free to use.
Shared areas
Access to common grass areas with playground, hammocks, benches as well as parking spots for bicycles and cars.
Yard environment and common house
Apartments at CWO are spread out in 10 yards with 20 apartments each. Every yard has a common house that’s free to use. In every yard you will find a laundry room, waste containers, a locked room for bicycles, and in some yards, a storage room.
Friday bar and large event rooms
In the building by the playground, large event rooms can be rented for a small fee. It is also possible to borrow a large barbeque. The event rooms are used most friday evenings for holding the friday bar, where all residents are welcome.
Fitness room
At CWO there is a small room arranged with crosstrainers, hand weights, weight bar, stepmachine and ribbe as well as other training equipment.
Bike workshop
At CWO there’s access to a smaller bicycle workshop with firmly mounted compressor, and the most essential tools. It’s possible to suspend the bicycle while working on it.
Free laundry
The laundry rooms in every yard are free to use. You need only bring your own detergent.
